how to??

I have alot ogf things need doing, i have very low self worth and am looking to seek help. ive spoken to my doctor and they said maybe a makeover is what i need.i have done everything to loose weight between my legs and cant shift it. i think i would be the first female on the show to have so many things done at once...can you help me get incontact with the show???

Whatever chanel it is on look at there web site. They will tell you if they are looking for partisipants.

You could try www. beonscrean.com or www. starnow.co.uk I have applyed to shows from both sites.

I would however try hypnotherapy first.

Hi

I know you said that you tried everything, but how long have you been trying the things for, i have seen huge people loose weight in 1 month, i am sure if you had a friend to running with it would drop off.

my legs always gain weight on inside of th thigh, i have bought some thigh toners, you squeeze between knees, quite hard at 1st but ok after a while.

Anyways getting out and about will give you more confindence, getting freshh air to get the heart pumping & also you should feel proud for doing it.

I know gyms are exspensive but get your self a free weeks trial, once you meet people your size it wont bother you so much, maybe then you can meet up discuss goals and work togther, there is no easy way to loose weight, but it doesnt have to be depressing either.
