it will be interesting to see if anyone can give Mercedes a run for their money this year. New drivers, a new USA team, it could be classic year. All they need to do it get rid of Rumplestiltskin Ecclestone and things might pick up.

Anybody attending any of the races? - I`m hoping to fit Austin in.

Well , if the pre season testing is any indicator , it looks like Ferrari might have closed the gap to Mercedes .

Whether that's correct or not , we will see

I was there in 12 - opposite Lewis`s pit - everyone was on their feet shouting at his mechanics when they left the wheel to close. To cap it all that was when they tried to burn the pit garages. On the positive a very nice venue, easy to enter and leave, the little rental handsets were very good.

Yes i agree...its one of the best in Europe..very well organised and maintained.Its cheaper to fly to Barcelona ..stay 5 star..and get into the main high stand, than it is to camp for the weekend in soggy Silverstone.

We tied it in with a holiday - drove down to Salou then drove the 80 miles each day for the race.
