Question Author
Yes that's it thanks for link how on earth to they get it to stay like that
If you back comb the hair underneath, it gives support to the rest of the hair. Plenty of hairspray and kirbies are essential!! :-)

Will give it a try erin haven't got much patience doing my hair though
yes id say hairspray and backcomb the back of quiff x
Exactly how Erin said! or you can get them bumpits from poundland. xx
Back comb top till its upright; spritz hair for support. Place into position and carefully brush top, smoothing out front layer of back-comb & pin into place.

Lol .... kat will have to look out for them
There the same as the ones in Claires just a different make, or ive seen some thing in Primark that might work, its some sponge on a slide. (not sure what you would call that though)

Thanks guys
Yep definitely bumpits or something similar
I bought the sponge on a slide from Primark and couldn't get on with it; it was too little and you could see I'd got something attached to me head instead of it just looking like I'd managed to do the quiff myself!
*my head
