Is it normal?

I'm a 31 year old female who's just started to notice my nostril hairs growing rather long and tickling the inside of my nose I'm forever pulling them out, but now I'm paranoid that theyre gonna grow really long and stick out. I know hair growns in strange places as one gets older but is this normal?

You lot are mean! Think it can be normal ginger yes, I've wondered about it myself (unless I'm just more acute to ageing changes). Tweezing sounds unbearable. Get one of those battery operated thingys, I've seen them advertised.

on my beard trimmer there is a special little mini clipper that can be shoved up noses and into ears, great for those little hard to get to places.

lol Prudie - but the condition is caused by the testerone inheritance from her Dad showing through - as life goes on, the oestrogen drops back for women and testerone for men.....hence why some of the aggression in older men abates and why older women have "moustaches" and there is also the incidence of rogue hairs starting to happen when you are younger, thick coppery ones - I get them in my eyebrows and they don't half hurt when I pull them out!
