Can anyone recommend a good concealer for covering scars on an arm?

Dermablend.
Not concealer, but I've used Bio Oil on scars and although it takes some while to have an effect, it does reduce them, IMO.
Estee lauder maximum coverage. Covers tattoos, scars, everything!
If you go to your GP, they may refer you tithe British red cross, they use veil cover cream which they match perfectly to your skin tone. Its often used for severe disfigurements and 'port wine' stains (sincere apologises if that is not the correct term!). You can get this make up on prescription, I had it for my wedding for some scarring to my face, neck and back.
