Where can I buy a thinning comb online?

Sorry if this question has been asked before but would really like to know where you can buy a thinning comb to cut hair with. I suffer from very fast hair growth and have to spend a fortune in hair cuts, which I can ill afford in my current unwaged state. Can any of you tell me in which shop I can buy a thinning comb or failing that online?

One last question. Can you vary the length of cut of them or is it the same length all the time?
