Looks, power and money aren't everything, although there are of course people that are purely attracted to those things. When it comes to attraction, girls are attracted to confidence, style, inner strength, and general 'coolness'. Oh, and you gotta be able to make them laugh.

Of course to mix with girls like those you would need to be successful - which those guys are - and generally, with success (however it is defined) comes happiness with life, and with this comes confidence and inner strength.

I'd agree with everything that ll-billym says confidence happiness and a general feeling that you're not a paranoid assho7e works pretty well for me- however, and it is a big however, I also notice some girls are attracted to the car you drive, you suits you wear and the house you have- purely because it tells them you are powerful and have money, so i think both is true of different types of women.
