Well, today 06/11/04, you can open it because it is with out the Do Not Disturb sing!

I finded out that the way to open the door was diffrent, you have to wait Peeves pass and a bunch of keys will start flying in front of the door. You have to capture the keys one by one and find out the one that fits.
