Arthur J Elsley print two girls w/ a collie. . . name? value?

I have obtained what appears to be Elsley print. Clearly, it is old and in fine shape. I have surfed the net and am unable to locate the same picture online. The picture is of two girls playing w/a collie. One of the girls appears to be tugging on the dog with a towel. I am wondering the name of the picture and if there is any value of this piece. Thanks for your input!
