does anyone know who wrote these alternative nursery rhymes?

Row row row your boat
Gently down the stream
Pull out the plug and watch your boat
Become a submarine.

Georgie Porgie pudding and pie
Thought he'd catch a fish to fry
Cast the line above his head
And caught an aeroplane instead.
