It was great to see at last a ref taking action against diving .Lets have more of it .Could it be back dated to Owen in the world cup .Three dives in a season your banned for life. Have it like a bonus paid to refs the more you book /ban the more get paid.

What a stupid suggestion, ban a player for life for diving.

If this was tried the player would take the FA/ FIFA to court for restraint of trade (the person cant do their job ie play football) and it would be thrown out.

There are drug cheats in some sports who only get banned for a short time for taking drugs so how on earth can you consider banning a player for life for diving.

I am no fan of players who dive, but it is just a ridiculous suggestion.
>>>Have it like a bonus paid to refs the more you book

A second stupid suggestion in one question !

So you give bonuses to refs for the more players they book / send off.

Just an encouragement for refs to books / send off players to earn more money.

Some people do have some strange ideas.
Give a 2 match ban for simulation and it would literally stop overnight.
Oh and a proper referee to enforce the laws of the game, not like that 'homer' Foye.
Problem solved.
