I am reading Bermondsey Boy by Tommy Steele I have a pal in OZ who would love all these old memories, do they have an Oz Amazon ? if not what is the easiest [ and cheapest if poss] to send the book ?

I don't think so, whilst I was having a look I stumbled upon an article and a couple of comments from Aussies said they bought stuff off Amazon in the States. Don't know what delivery would be though. Weigh your book and check Royal Mail for prices, http://www.royalmail....international/airmail
