Girl With Dragon Tattoo

He's still in that bleeding house, getting to know the locals.

And the narrative still revolves around the life histories of the Vangar family.

Does anything happen in this bloody book?

Is it worth sticking with it?

Or should I chuck it in the bin and get the DVD?

I have about ten otherbooks on the go, so I won't miss it.

TGWTDT is trying my patience ... it is THIS CLOSE <--> to being dumped.

Dump it then.
Continue to read it. Worth the effort.
If a book isn't 'grabbing' you then leave it.

I'm so tempted, ummmm.

Other people who've read it say no, stick with it, it's brilliant.

But I have the new Peter James to start.
Question Author
Aah, you see ... mixed views.
Dump the book and watch the film.
^ But not the Daniel Craig version... watch the original 'Millenium' Trilogy.
Question Author
snags ... those versions do sound better.
as you go through life you will come to realise that everything is more authentic in Swedish.
Get rid .It's the most boring load of old squit ever .I slogged through the whole trilogy and am still non the wiser ...complicated is an understatement .
Ha...I agree with Snags..

*wonders off quite tearful*

There is a lot going on in all three books, I had to re-read bits to remember who certain people were. I stuck with it. I watched the film later and found that confusing missing chunks of the book, maybe watching the film first would have helped.
OOooh! Where can I find it?
I stuck with it and the other 2 but there were quite a few chunks that i glazed over on, have you tried jo nesbo ?
...don't know...min-me bought me the dvd set at christmas..not watched it
yet so won't be buying the books. Plenty of them in the charity shops, don't
know what that says...

I can't stick with a book if I can't get into it, or it's hard going.
what, surrealistic meatballs or grim Swedish detectives?
