The Rise and Fall of Little Voice. Suitable for 14 year old girl?

Our local amateur theatre is putting on a production of this play. Does anyone know whether or not it would be suitable for me to take my 14 year old grand daughter to?

I think the film was rated 15 for racy language, but I don't know about the play

the film was not sexually indecent, but the character was lonely anda bit mad, and the language was ripe!
