Auction houses in or around West Yorkshire

I have a framed painted collage which i wish to sell but have never put anything into auction before. I was hoping someone could recommend an auction house near to Wakefield/Huddersfield. A search on google didn't really help as i could do with an art auction rather than a general sale. Any help would be apprieciated. Thanks

Best in that list and in West Yorkshire is Bonhams at 30 Park Square West, Leeds LS1 21PF ( 01132 345755). Bonhams is one of the big London auction houses. They have provincial auction rooms but none near Leeds.Their Leeds office exists to give expert free valuations weekly or by appointment.They do this because they can find stuff to sell in London or one of their other places. Don't worry about it not being obviously valuable; they don't mind; if they won't take it for sale they'll give an idea of value and will know which auction house will take it. Armed with their advice you can sell it locally.
