Local artist

I once saw an artists paintings in a gallery in richmond north yorkshire. They were of typical old fashioned beach scenes. Grandad in his cap and old ladies in deck chairs. Painted in soft muted colours but absolutely fabulous. I am desperate to find out who the painter is and how I can find out how to view with a chance to buy. Please help

Google "North Yorkshire artists" and look at the several links which come up.... if you know the name of the gallery, you could contact them too, they might know from your descriptions
