Christmas card designer

I would dearly love to have a Christmas card designed with drawings (cartoons or whatever) of my dogs on, does anyone know who could do this, or where I might find someone who could do it.

you could look up Artists in the yellow pages. There are websites that offer cartoons and caricatures - I've even seen free ones (you just upload a photo and robots do the rest) but I can't find those at the moment.
