Is there an A&R Man/Woman out there,

Hi I am a singer/songwriter, I have writen many songs over the years, and have quite a few more in the pipeline but never really pushed them, I need an A&R Person to either tell me im rubbish, I should give it up, or give me a writing deal/advise, or something in-between,
my YouTube Chanel is: "Dave Eaton 121" is there an Angel or a Saint out there that can either put me out of my misery, or make me a happy bunny,
