New homes/bungalows sites

Does anyone know if there is a site/sites where I can find contacts of small building firms who build new bungalows in Powys,wales.I have looked at the various homes for sale sites but can't find any listing or directory for the small builder although wouldn't rule out a national company.Thanks for any help.I know there are estate agents but want to initially contact builders direct.

A good place to start would be the NHBC register .............. put Powys in here:

Not everyone registers with NHBC............. there are alternatives, but it does list quite a few.
Maybe FMB ............ Federation of Master Builders. I'll come back to you if I can think of any others.
