Why UK Netguide Homepage?

Does anybody else get the UK Netguide home page automatically in a separate window when they go on AB? It drives me spare when I want to get rid of it and that stupid " this is not a joke you are the 10,000th visitor" pop-up blinks nonstop. I know I don't click on it ,so why does it appear?
