Yesterday I answered a few questions. Late last night none of those answers were showing on the threads concerned, and somebody even commented on that. I checked on the profile page and it said there were no posts removed. Now they are all back again. Anybody else noticed that happening?

you were probably temporarily suspended, possibly for overposting (did you gett error messages with any of your posts that forced you to submit them twice?) which seems to be happening more and more. The Ed will have looked into it and reinstated you and your posts this morning. It's an anti-spamming measure.

No, I got no messages or error reports. The posts were just not there. Now they are there.

I don't think that has anything to do with it. Whether I have a drink, or not, probably does not determine how this site behaves. The posts did disappear and then reappear again.
