Ryanair baggage allowance: the new 15kg rule

On 1st November Ryanair reduces their free baggage allowance down to 15kg per person. There is only me travelling, and I have paid extra for 2 items of baggage to be checked in. Here's the question:

(1) Does that mean I can take 2 bags at 15kg each?
(2) Or can I take 1 bag at 30kg?
(3) Or can I still only take 15kg no matter how many bags I pay extra for?

Can anyone answer this 15kg rule?

ps. I have already checked their website, but it doesn't answer my question, and I've spent an hour waiting on the phone, without any luck.
Here's the link: http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs.php?sect=b ag&quest=checkedbaggageallowance

Any clarification would be a great help! Thanks!
