Consumer rights.

A lot out there that use your knowledgeable site must come across problems with either house hold goods, Warranties, after sales etc, can you not put in a new topic Re/ the above? there must be people on here that has been in a fight with retailers, shops etc & won ( I know I have) a lot out there would welcome positive advise from your members, what do you think Ed?

The ed has mentioned the issue of the number of topics and threads. It could be argued that the topics of Shopping and Law already cover consumer rights issues
i agree factor - there are catagories to cover that topic, law shopping, finance, insurance etc and then there is stuff like motoring and technology that may cover a few.
Also, I'd like to avoid being charged with libel if at all possible :)

I can imagine a situation where the section would just be used to complain about companies in a "unhelpful" way. It could be dodgy ground.
