An empty nest ....

this morning, seems like the wonder-check fledged yesterday and has yet to return to the nest

The staff don't seem concerned but looking at an empty nest makes me feel a bit sad

oh Tilly - thank goodness - yes I just checked out the nest and he's still there !!

I'll get a better night's sleep tonight, I hope !!

why do we care so much about their well-being, etc !!

had a quick look yesterday while watching to see if the 'monster' returned, thought he looked pretty close too - bet he fledges right in the middle of the night when I'm asleep !!

they did a fantastic job with him, couldn't have had a better result !!
