It means you have a messy cleaning job in front of you. NOthing more.
It means that you have killed a magpie with your car one of millions of road deaths to birds every year. Not sure what you actually mean. Are you talking about superstitions?

yes...i am referring to superstitions...:)
Don't think it means anything! There is a superstition about how many jays you see, e.g. One only is unlucky and you have to see another one. But not sure because I am not in any way superstitious.

Found it

Nothing about jays killed by a car and stuck on radiators though!!
It means the bird has lost its life, which is sad - and you have the unpleasant task of cleaning the grill ...... nothing more than that, IMO.

thanx 4 your input......:)
My elderly next door neighbour gets freaked out if she sees a lone jackdaw. She hates jackdaws as do many people. To me they are beautiful birds - OK, they eat other small birds and their eggs, but they too have to live. I welcome them, singly, in pairs or however they come!!
My wife hit and killed a turkey once, she assumed it was owned by a local farm so she reported it to the police. Their reply was "We will call it suicide" True story, it happened just outside Salisbury several years ago.
LOL

Loads of pheasants round me and they all try and commit suicide. They see a car coming and run straight in front of it.
As long as you said 'good morning Mr Magpie, how's the wife and kids?' at some point you should be fine ;)
When you see a magpie, you are supposed to say "Good Morning Mr Magpie", not run it over.
It means you can have roadkill for tea
Is it not one for sorrow? But if you didn't see it before you hit it then it does not apply
one for sorrow, two for joy
but one on your car and it's lunch, so enjoy
you could try and hit another one if you're superstitious!
A magpie doesn't taste too good. I'd rather have a porkpie.
You don't see many pork pies flying around here, though, wildwood.
