I thought I ought to share this story:

Putting a dog down is always a sad thing - but we sometimes have little choice in the matter. It is wonderful whenever they reach such ripe old ages as this!

All the best,

Doc Spock is about to turn 65, you know. That must be about 23 in dog years. Should his family be calling in the vet now?

then my old girl at 18 and a half didn't do too badly did she?
Poor old Otto. Still, he had a lovely life. A lot of little dogs aren't as fortunate as he. But it is terribly upsetting for the owners when a little bow wow passes away. It's the same as losing a family member.

RIP Otto. xx
