Getting rid of dog urine smell on carpet.?

Would anyone know anything good I can use for getting rid of the smell of dog urine frommy carpet.? My poor dog has leaking problems at the moment and I cannot rid of the smell. Have used carpet cleaner. White vinager and spinkled over bicarb of soda. But smell still there.

if it's fresh we used to use soda water.
Not sure about old though.
Lilacben have you tried propalin syrup to help with leakages, or a touch of bicarb to her water, which will stop the urine smell.

As for the smell on the carpet, I swear by Simple Solution.
hire a rug doctor carpet cleaner from branches of b and q or morrisons they are brilliant
Zybax Odour master. You can either use it in a carpet shampooer or spray it on. It resurrected our carpet after we nursed our old dog through her last illness and is total safe.

woofgang I have recieved my Zybax today and going to use it later. I have a shampoo cleaner so will use that. The cleaner I have a soap dispenser that mixes in with the water when I put it on wash. Would I use the Zybax
straight from bottle.into it.? Many thanks Also is it safe with dogs around.?
