Does anyone have a foolproof method of keeping squirrels out of the garden and, more particularly away from the bird tables? ( apart from shot guns ;-)) ) B.

You won't be able to keep them out of the garden but you can discourage them from your bird table. Answers here from last Friday

You can get squirrel proof bird feeders. I quite enjoy watching them on the bird table, they need to eat as well!

Miss Meg, I can understand your idea but, the squirrels don't just feed-- they gorge until there's nothing left fot the birds!.

Get a lion.

I belive that fresh orange peel keeps cats and squirrels away.
