fish tank treatment

I am treating the fish tank with "sera costapur" for white spot...

it says on the instructions "remove filter carbon during treatment" does this mean the carbon cartridges in the aquarium and if so would i remove them for the duration of the treatment as ill be treating them again as per instructions.

pleeeeeeeeeeeease help! thanks!

The carbon is supposed to soak up any chemicals so yes, it is best to remove the carbon from the filter while treatment is ongoing.
