Assume you live in this country (UK)- of Dove species
Could be Turtle Dove or from a nearby dove cot.

the photo is from my friend, she has three of these birds in her garden, and lives in North Wales. It isnt much bigger than a budgie, but has a thinner beak.

Turtle doves are not white! However- assuming this is taken in the UK.
Difficult to get a sense of scale from the photos- how big was it? Difficult to see the full shape as well.
The red eye smacks of albinism- so likely possibilities are an albino domestic dove, or if its smaller than a dove the most likely culprit is a blackbird. Albinism can occur in all birds but the blackbird can range from single white feathers through all variations to full albino.

I have found a photo of a white blackbird. If it is an albino bird, how come there are three of them altogether?

Looking at the pics again it may be an albino budgie. There is a bit of grey on its wing though.

The head looks too rounded to be an albino blackbird.

having reconsidered still stand by m previous answer. Albinism is caused by a genetic flaw in both parents. If they ARE blackbirds then they would be from the same nest- rare but it happens- remember the nest of five ravens- all albinos- either last year or the year before? Appeared in most of the papers

It looks like a diamond dove to me. Probably an escaped one from someone's aviary.

Compare your birds with these diamond doves which are the smallest dove and very popular in aviculture. If they are diamond doves someone somewhere forgot to close the door of the aviary behind them.

They can look very light in the full sun. There are many mutations so the colour may not match but the shape and beak look very much like a dove.

Dont think it is an albino blackbird, it has fantails, red eyes, and red colouring around the eye. Strange that my friend has three of them too.

Agreed, of course Turtle Doves are not white but thought it was sunlight making the bird look a lot lighter than it really is. Didn't realise that there were three of them! Does look albino-ish but still dove-like, the wings look slightly grey.
Bit of a mystery.
