I have a 5 yr old cat. She is a very happy and content cat. I have noticed that sometimes when she goes to the loo that there is a little bit of blood in her faeces?? It is not all the time. She is ot showing any signs of illness. She eats dried food and is wormed and flead regularly at the vets. Any ideas??

try giving her tined food. i give my cat dried and tined. food its eather her food or her dyjestive system bleeding.
It sounds like it could be colitis, but if the actual poo isn't softer than usual then there may be another problem. I'd suggest you give your vet a call for some advice - they might want to give her a check over. You could also try adding a very small amount of plain natural bio-yoghurt to his food, which can help. Other than that I wouldn't chop and change his food at all unless your vet suggests this.
