Mr Smow was away yesterday and had the car. He was sat at traffic lights with the car roof down. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a huge flock of seagulls on the left, coming across above him. He then heard this strange, fast 'popping' kind of sound, and before he knew it they'd cr@pped all over him- the car seats, his head, all over his clothes!! So he's sat there with roof down, covered in bird *** from head to toe, with the driver to his left trying very hard not to laugh.
I almost wet myself laughing when he told me!

Bless him :-)

Baldric will surely correct on your use of the word seagulls.
Flying bombs are still around, it seems.
did he buy a lottery ticket lol he must have a lot of luck coming x
Let's face it he would have laughed if it had happened to someone else!
A seagull pooped on my head a a few years ago, while I was eating a pasty on the harbour wall at St Ives !

I wasn't sure if any had gone in my pasty, but I decided not to take the chance !

Ummmm- use of the word seagulls??
He said if I'd been with him I'd have been covered too..... god wish I'd seen it lol!
Oh dear lol .... reminds me of a story, when I had a lucky escape when I was in my mid teens. I was sat on my pushbike leaning against a lamp post, chatting to mates. I don't know why I did (but I'm glad I did), but I decided to get off my bike and left it in the same spot and carried on chatting to my mates.
No more than 10 seconds later ..... SPLAT - a dollop of bird poo landed right on my bike seat .... lucky escape :)
There are no such thing as seagulls. They are just gulls who live by the sea.
we call them sh... hawks down here x
i'm convinced that they fly in formation looking for convertibles with the roof down

Ahh, gulls by the sea, ok lol. Yes he said the sound was quite bizarre- almost as if they'd all said to each other "bombs away!!" And then they all let rip !! Lol
I wonder if pooing for gulls is like yawning for humans. It's contagious...
I nearly lost a finger to a Herring Gull in Teignmouth a couple of years ago - the barsteward was after my (expensive) ice-cream and got some skin&blood as sprinkles ...

Ouch! They can get pretty big can't they.

A rare moment of coherency @ 12:28 ummmm, well done.
And that's why you get answers removed.
I remember seeing one at seaside a few years ago who'd obviously pinched someone's hot dog. It's head was tilted back as a this very long sausage slid down his throat. It was quite bizarre to watch!
I would have laughed too. There's something very funny about someone looking cool in their convertible and then being splatted on with bird poo.
Incidentally, 'seagull' is in the (Chambers) dictionary. Its definition is simply 'a gull', so no need to get all pedantic over the use of the word.
Did Mr Smow know it was caught on camera?
