He'll be fine. The rescue centre will look after him.
I have rescued hedgehogs who were much smaller than him and they still had their spines. I hope he gets his spines back but he looks a bit big to be bald.

Looks like an armadillo.
I remember rescuing some baby hedgehogs from my Grans`s garden when I was little. One of them was bleeding from it`s mouth and I thought that it had been attacked by another animal. It was small though - about the size of a rat and it had spines. Thank goodness for the plate warmer in a coat fired Rayburn. That was the place where you put injured animals and orphaned lambs.
