It seems to me, this is not a meat that is widely eaten cold, unlike beef, pork, chicken etc.
I just wondered if, leftover lamb can be can be used in other ways ?

I detest re-cooked meat. I'd rather eat it cold.
stovies

Sliced on a yorky with a pinch of salt for me. Am salivating now
What's a yorky?
It makes a mean curry!
Yorkshire pudding.
Cut into strips and stir-fry with mixed veg and a good dollop of sweet chilli sauce
I actually rather like it cold, trimmed of fat and eaten in a sandwich with a pickle of your choice.
Yep on a sandwich with a sprinkle of salt.
Cold lamb does not go in a sandwich, yuk.
Oh yes it does, yummy.
^^ I would warm up the lamb and put in it in warmed pitta bread with a little salad.

That sounds better.
