To my knowledge blu tack isn't toxic to dogs - however, as the dog is small and young it may be a plan to give your vet a ring just to be safe.

The composition of Blu-Tack is a manufacturing secret but is described as a synthetic rubber compound without hazardous properties under normal conditions. It can be swallowed without harm and is noncarcinogenic.

Best give the vet a call -it may just come straight through but if it balls up it may need to be removed surgically -what is it with dogs eating random stuff, they seem to have side-stepped Darwins theory of evolution lol

My old Labrador would eat anything in front of him and dog food as well!! :-)
Might be a shih tzblu for a while.
If it doesn't move for a while, check that it's not stuck to the floor.
