Above centre do not have an address online - you need to make an appointment to see the dogs.

Well jj, get that appointment made.
It is not at all uncommon for animal shelters to not publicise their address.

Contact them to make an appointment that suits them and the routine they have emplaced for the animals they care for.

Well TonyAV - a poster has sorta put me off the dogs coming from an illegal breeder - I am assuming they are disturbed and very difficult to work with. God love them.
Question Author
need to give myself time to get over that wee doggie today. It says on the website that she was a timid wee thing - not what I saw today. Sure looked happy.
Is 'Almost At Home' a rescue center, jj ?.
Question Author
Yes just found out tonight from another poster.
Make an appointment you might just meet the perfect dog for you.
Well, go on the offensive and question them about the dog. She doesn't look as if she's going to be difficult and the younger the better as it will be about your training and love as to her security and development, Conne.

Good luck!

DT - think you are on the wrong thread.

Pixie has been taken/reserved.

Oh sorry, by someone else?
Yes DT, by someone else.
Darn......
Yep.

JJ, Almost home is a rescue centre run from a private address, they
ARE NOT breeders, but running it at home is a good reason for them to ask for appointments to be made.
