It doesn't begin until January, Mamya. A nice Christmas present for us both, I think.
Be sure, I will bore you with the details.
Excellent!! Enjoy, Tilly.....x

I shall, gness. I might complain about the cold, but it will be worth it. Better brush up on my French, I think. Lots of french terminology in falconry, I believe.
Then there are all the bird calls you and Mr Tilly will have to perfect....☺
Question Author
Do you have to whistle in french, I wonder? We'll have to practise at home.
That'll put a different slant on wooing each other.......☺
Question Author
Indeed, it will, gness. Now where's my jess? :-)
everyone should have a hobby(boom,boom)
I think it's mediaeval French, tilly, from the days when knights were bold, etc. :-)
You'll be buying a shoota next....

Good one, sweety. Sorry, got to go now. Might give you BA when I return.
Slapshot - meeting those two might cure my Frankie de Tom Cat of his pigeon obsession. Do you think that they would be free for a meet & greet?
They might indeed as well as the Harris Hawks, peregrines and huge red back Hawk that were there

wolf, there was a programme about ants on the TV last nght - No.1 Son was fascinated, glued to the screen :-)
Boxtop - What channel? I don't have a TV but will see if I can find it online.
Wolf - it was Empire of the Deserts Ants, it was a BBC documentary but I watched it on the Yesterday channel, 5pm (er.. yesterday).

You might be able to see it here https://www.alluc.to/stream/bbc+natural+world+empire+of+the+desert+ants+2011
