Sharp ~ LC-32SH130K LCD Colour Television

I have just purchased a Sharp TV (LC-32SH130K LCD Colour TV) - when I tune into a film I get a running commentary on the film, how do I get rid of the commentary, I have looked into the instruction guide but cannot find a source to get rid of it........ PLEASE HELP.... it is annoying
