Young squirrel visitor

We have just had a 15 min visit of a young squirrel on our terrasse. It was brownish grey with black stripes on its back. I have never seen such markings before.
Can anybody tell me more about them.

Sounds like a Chipmunk to me, any Pics available ?

I've never seen a squirrel with black stripes but I have seen them on chipmunks. If you are in the UK then I think it's an escaped chipmunk.

I'm not in the UK. I'm in Denmark. Do chipmunks have long tails like squirrels. I must admit when I first saw it I also thought of a chipmunk.

sounds like a chipmunk to me too could be an unusual species of squirrel or something who knows?

Thank you all for your answers. After folliwing the two links I can see that it was a chipmunk but what on earth it was doing here is beyond me.
