Our dog was sick on my beige carpet. I cleaned it up straight away and scrubbed and scrubbed but there is still a very dark stain. I used Carpet Power, which normally is brilliant but the stain remains. I have used washing liquid and a special stain remover that I found in my cupboard but nothing has worked. Any ideas please ?

Put a piece of furniture over it.

Lol.

Maybe wait for it to dry & see how it looks.

Ha ha ! It is dry now. It happened the other day.
Try soda water. I use that on most stains with good results.

I tried baby wipes but no luck. Thanks anyway.
Try Domestos :)
dusty...........domestos...........it'll look like a tie-dye carpet...
Use Oxyclean (the original not the Vanish version) and it really will work.
My old dog had several ''accidents'' but we have a perfectly clean beige carpet.

good luck

I will get some oxyclean. I'm going to the supermarket later. Fingers crossed it will work.
I'll give the domestos a miss dustypuss lol.
Try this stuff, it is available in the UK (Google for uk sockists) they used to sell it on Ideal world shopping channel, I have used it on oil and paint and it works Brill.
It's not cheap (around 20.) but lots cheaper than a new carpet...
