unwell mum keeps moving kittens

kitty has masitas and is unable to feed the kittens we are feeding them at the mo, mum keeps taking them away and hiding them causing them to go cold, what should we do?

You must keep feeding them and keep them somewhere where the mum cannot remove them. Its natures way of dealing with the fact that she is not able to feed them because of the mastitis, she will take them and leave them to die. You must get her treated too for the mastitis. How old are they, you can begin weaning them at two weeks if necessary.
