Am so happy - the dog is dead - he is 16 and badly neglected. Hip horray.

Before anybody says anything yes, I did report it - such a sad animal. Bye bye Pablo

Well that's cheered me up!

I'm glad he's out of his misery, whatever that might have been.
Jenny are you OK today?

??
Poor lad some people are dreadful.

RIP Pablo.
And this made you happy?
Who did you report it too - what action was taken?

Did you keep reporting it?
Possibly happy the wrong word, maybe 'relieved' would've been a better term?
Hip Horray, B00...
better hope the owner doesn’t get another one
Poor dog. Some people are so horrible conne.
Sorry ummmm?
I quite understand your elation JJ at this unhappy, unloved and aged dog being put out of its undoubted misery - please ignore those who seem to be looking to pick a fight over your attitude.
B00 - you said maybe happy was the wrong word but following it with 'Hip horray' suggests not.
oh right, didn't get what you were on about.

I haveta admit that Conne's posts often befuddle me, I was trying to figure this one out too.
We!l said canary .
Still think elation and happy are the wrong terms to use when something's died, as I said I think relieved would be more appropriate- no??
If the dog has suffered a long decline and is now released from pain and the best was done to comfort him.
Maybe the time was right and you can consider it as a mixed blessing.
16 seems a good age for any dog.
Was the dog neglected for the whole of its life?? If so, that's horrendous. Poor soul.
How do you know it was neglected?
