flees on a cat

I have recently changed my cats flee collar but while stroking it I found a flee is it safe to put some flee drops on or powder as well as the new collar, I dont know how old the cat is but I think its about 9 months, it moved it self in a few months ago

If your cat has fleas you will need to get some treatment from a vet (don't buy Frontline online, it doesn't work). Something like Stronghold will do the trick but don't use it with a flea collar, that will need to be removed. You should also get some spray for the house too as fleas do spread and a spray, once applied to carpets etc., should last for a few months
