Me and my son just been wandering round the garden at past midnight in our dressing gowns, trying to persuade our very petite cat that it is not a good idea to stay out and try to take on next doors tomcat!
Of course Geoff the Jrt had to join in the fun in his role as knight in hairy armour!
Result, one extremely excitable dog and one disgruntled cat.
All's well now, the fun never ends :)

Maybe your little cat's intentions towards this tomcat are not at all honourable. I presume, hopefully, that she is a girl cat.
