snake millipede?

Does anyone know if snake millipedes are specialists in eating plants that contain phenols or toxins such as rhododendrons whether they are dead the live plant?

I dont have rhodos but do see millipedes in downstairs bathroom? Think they like the damp as they're only about when it rains.
