BBC Proms 2009 advert

Can anyone tell me the name of the piece of music currently being used on the advert for BBC Proms 2009? It sounds like it could be Vivaldi but not sure. Couldn't find a clip on YouTube to show i'm afraid.

After much searching the BBC website I finally found this answer...

The music used in the trail is Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No 1 in B flat Minor, 2nd Movement, performed by the Russian Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Samuel Friedmann, with Arkady Sevidov on piano.
