The Adios website doesn't even have a "Contact Us" button and companies don't usually give out this info anyway. The previous Adios ads at visit4info have a blonde who is identified as Jo Joyner (I'm sure this is wrong) and Sarah Briggs in another (MIGHT be right but I'm not sure).
