White policeman chasing a black policeman - misconception

Does anyone remember the advertising campaign when a white man is chasing a black man. It's supposed to look like the white man is a policeman chasing a black criminal. However this is a misconception as it is actually two policeman chasing an unknown third party.

Do you know where I can find more info. about this particular ad? Any website addresses?

Hi, I think this may have been an advert for The Guardian newspaper, they did a series of adverts about looking at the wider perspective and your description rings a bell as one of those.
