The piece is indeed Music For A Found Harmonium, but by The Penguin Cafe Orchestra.

Fairly Certing its the Patrick Street version , but the original is by PCO and theres not much between them. Listen to both here

I concur that the tune (written by Simon Jeffes of PCO) used in the ad is indeed the arrangement played by Patrick Street.
