Hi
I have submitted a claim for a lost wedding ring, but am currently working away from the UK. I would like the insurance company to pay my husband directly. As we are both policyholders, even though I have lodged a claim for my own loss can my husband receive the payment so he can purchase a replacement whilst I am out of the UK?

Presuming that you are joint policy-holders on the Insurance Policy, then there should be no problem in the payment being made to your husband.
